We handle every order with absolute confidentiality and discretion, and we will never share, rent, or sell your personal information to anyone, so you can be assured of your complete and total privacy.
Payment Policy
All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering to be entered into the production queue. We offer multi payment plan but need to be paid full until production. Payment may be made by personal check, cashier’s check, money orders, bank-to-bank wire transfer, or credit cards . We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. We accept PayPal as a payment method worldwide.

If you pay for your doll order using a check, money order, or wire transfer you may deduct $100 off the price!
This offer is not valid for non doll purchases or credit card sales.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to any order regardless of the residency of the buyer.
Doll Shipping
Additional fees may apply to beyond point deliveries and/or in special circumstances such as delivery to an apartment not on ground floor. If you require special handling (if you live in an apartment not on ground floor, for example) please contact us for a quote.
All doll orders are shipped by freight in a secure and rugged wooden shipping crate. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes; we must have a street address for delivery. You are notified prior to and when your order is shipped. We do not permit other freight carriers to pick up our dolls.
You must be available to sign for the crate when it is delivered. The shipping company will not drop the crate off in a garage or backyard. You may designate an approved delivery contact prior to shipping if you cannot be present to sign for the crate, but we must have this designated person’s name before we ship the crate. The shipping company will not release the crate to an unknown person.
International Doll Shipping
International shipping and handling starts at $1295 on dolls to most countries ($1595 to Australia and New Zealand). International shipments may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, and taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped. Due to import laws, we cannot ship our dolls to any country in South America or the Middle East (including India).
International shipping is not door to door, but to the closest customs clearing office to your home (typically the nearest international airport.) Once the crate arrives you will be contacted by the customs agent to claim your crate. You will need to clear the crate through customs and pay any import taxes and duties as well as transportation from customs to your home. If you are not familiar with the customs procedures you may need an agent/broker to assist you. Our shipping company would be happy to put you in touch with an agent/broker if requested.
Accessory Shipping
Non doll orders ship either UPS Ground or USPS. Non doll orders may be shipped to Post Office boxes. Shipping is calculated on the total value of merchandise in your shopping cart as well as final destination.

***Some Sex Toys and RealDoll Accessory can have a customs fees at the reception , you can pay the amount directly to the shipping company.***

Cancellation Policy
For Dolls and SexToys: After production has begun NO cancellations are permitted. We have a firm no return policy due to the nature of the product. No refunds are given on completed products.
FOR ALL SEXTOYS AND TORSO : 25% Cancellation Fee if not in production.
ORDER LOGISTICS FOR ACCESSORIES
Once your order is made, your credit card is automatically charged. We send all orders to our 24 hour shipping center immediately after each order is placed in order to meet our customers’ fast shipping expectations. We are unable to cancel orders, even if a request comes minutes after an order is placed.
